Did You Know That The Process Of Choosing Who To Vote For, Is Very Similar To Choosing A Partner?

What a year so far! Just as we were getting over Covid, the Ukraine war began, creating a financial ripple effect across the planet with regards food, oil and gas supplies. And now Democracy is being seriously challenged too. Sadly, many have begun to feel overwhelmed and this has created a lot fear in people, forcing some to stop reading or watching the news.

But we need to find a balance.

If we put our heads in the sand — when it comes to voting the next time round, we may not know what’s going on, especially as so many things happen daily in politics, that if you’re not aware, you could land up voting for the wrong Party or politician. Or not voting at all, as is the case with some.

This is because the devil has always been in the detail. Just as they are when choosing a friend, a partner or a relationship. Ignoring the red flags or not seeing that they’re even there, can get our fingers burnt.

It is therefore worth looking carefully at the methods you use when making your choices, in order for you to gain a better awareness or deeper understanding of yourself.
