Grief and Sadness.
When you feel misery and grief, and you feel that you cannot face the day, know that the feeling will pass. Nothing stays the same.
You may have to weep. You may feel broken. You may feel an overwhelming sorrow and you may feel a deep fear of what is to come.
Then one day, you may feel that you’ve healed, until something happens and you suddenly break down again, when you are reminded of a place or a sweet memory, or a time gone by.
Be patient. Grief isn’t ruled by time.
You may have to continue feeling the different facets of the pain and loss until, until, until.
But when all is said and done, grief is the price we pay for love.
